University Place Volunteer Center announces the TV raffle winner..........

After approximately 3 1/2 months of ticket sales, the drawing was held at noon today (July 1st) at the University Place City Council Chambers for the raffle of the Big Screen TV with Blue Ray player and dvd. All proceeds from this raffle benefited the University Place Volunteer Center. The winner was Becky Metcalf of Tacoma. She purchased her winning ticket (only ticket) just one hour before the drawing. Thank you to everyone for their support of the U.P. Volunteer Center through this Raffle.
